The first day of Ramadan went really well and I made this caramel pudding for iftar!
So I just thought to share the recipe with you all!
It’s a simple and easy recipe to make, so let’s get into the recipe now!
Ingredients
• sugar – 1-1/2 cups or according to your taste buds
• eggs – 6 Nos
• milk – 3 cups
• vanilla extract – 2 tspn
Instructions:
• In a large pan, cook and stir 3/4 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden and Pour into custard cups, tilting to coat bottom of the cup; let sit for 10 minutes.
• In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining sugar until blended but not foamy. Pour over caramelized sugar.
• Place the cup into a baking pan and pour hot water to a depth of 1 in. Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Remove from pans to cool!

INGREDIENTS
For the Cheesecake filling:
• 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Brownie:
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the garnish:
• 3 (6 ounce) containers raspberries
• Chocolate syrup
• 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Brownie:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with foil and then lightly coat with cooking spray.
• In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and cocoa together. Mix in the melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Beat in the eggs and then mix in the flour until just combined and then stir in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 27-30 minutes, until toothpick come out clean.
• Cool to room temperature before cutting. Cut into half inch cubes.
For the Cheesecake:
• Beat cream cheese and sugar together using a standing electric mixer or electric hand mixer. Slowly pour in the whipping cream while mixing. Beat until stiff peaks.
Assembling:
• Assemble the trifle with a layer of brownie cubes in the bottom of the trifle dish(es), some fresh raspberries, spoon or pipe on a layer of the cream cheese mixture, and repeat. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve immediately.

How to choose a concealer:
Choose your concealer based on what works for your skin type and concerns. If you have dry skin, don’t go for a liquid concealer with a matte finish because the finish will emphasize dryness.

Ingredients:
1) fresh strawberries
remove the green stem of your strawberries and slice them!
Keep some whole strawberries, for garnish
2) 4 to 5 tablespoons sugar
3) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4) Add condensed milk or ice cream of your choice (vanilla or strawberry)
5) 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
• In a mixing bowl combine the sliced strawberries, sugar and vanilla extract and stir to combine well. Set aside and allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour.
• In a large mixer, Add the strawberries, condensed milk or ice cream, and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish them with whipping cream, grated chocolates and each glass with whole strawberries. Serve immediately.

Today I am here to explain to you about the Arabic language speaking course conducting by princess nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) for non-Arabic speakers!
I just come to know about this course by one of my friend raweeha, Masha Allah! she is doing her master’s in PNU!
The course is all about Arabic speaking and the course is totally for non-Arabic speakers! First, you have to contact the university directly or by mail! Stating that you are interested in doing the Arabic language speaking course!
It’s located in station A5 (English Language Institute) inside PNU! Once you enter the A5 Station, the security let you in and guide you the way to institute!you have to go to the building upstairs by the elevator! In that building, the institute is on the third floor!

Arabic teaching institute as a second language – Training
Once they have reached out your mail they will guide you about all the course details via mail!
Procedure (level test):
•The university will conduct the placement test for you! (Please don’t get panic about the exam it’s just to see your level in Arabic, how is your language skill in Arabic!
By completing your placement test they will come to know your level at Arabic speaking From that, they will put you in the correct level because 6 levels are there if you are little fluent they will directly put you in level 2 or level 3!

For the placement test, you have to pay 100SAR

The course consists of 6 levels!
Each level consist of 6 weeks, means weekly 3 classes for 6 weeks! At the last week, means at the end if your 6th week the institute will conduct a final exam for you!
