Homemade cappucino☕️

Hi everyone,

Here is the easy way of making homemade cappuccino without a coffee machine.all you need is some coffee powder, sugar, water or some milk.

Do try!have fun!

Ingredients:(for storage)

Instant Coffee powder – 1 cup

Sugar – 2 cups

Coffee-mate (optional) – 1 cup

Boiled Water or milk – 1 cup

For 1 cup of cappuccino:

Coffee powder – 1 tbsp

boiled milk or water – 2 tbsp

Coffemate – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 2 tbsp

Method:

Take a bowl and combine both coffee powder and sugar.then add boiled milk or water in it and mix well.

Keep adding the water little by little and beat or whisk the mixture in a circular motion until you get a fluffy Brown color coffee paste.

Make sure do not add much water at once.add little by little.i have used 1 cup of water, 1 cup of coffee powder, 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of coffee mate.

Note:

Use 1 tbsp of coffee paste for 1 cup cappuccino.you can store leftover coffee paste to the refrigerator and use it later.

Instant semolina dhosa🍽

Hi everyone!!!

Rava dosa is a popular south Indian dosa breakfast recipe. basically, it is prepared with a combination of semolina and other flours. they are very thin, crispy, and tasty dosa.

Ingredients:

Semolina(sooji/rawa) – 1 cup

Yogurt – 1 cup

Wheat flour – 2 tbsp

Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

Oil

Water

Salt – to taste

Method:

Grind the semolina in a mixer and add yogurt, wheat flour, and salt Make a thin batter using little water at a time and avoiding any lumps. The batter should have a pouring consistency.

Heat the skillet on medium high. Pour the batter with ladle on the skillet in a circular motion. Keep pouring the batter till it covers the whole skillet.Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oil around dosa.

Cook Dosa over medium heat for about 2 minutes or until Dosa becomes golden brown. Then turn the Dosa using a spatula. Let Dosa cook for about 1 minute from another side.

Dosa will be golden brown on one side and light color on other side. Thin and crispy Rava Dosa is ready to serve.

Zabadi🍽

Hi everyone!!!

Zabadi is traditionally served as one of a mezze style dips like (hummus)alongside warm pitta bread and salad.

Ingredients:

  • 500g plain yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber, deseeded
  • Salt
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • A handful of mint leaves, chopped
  • Method:

    1. First, slice the cucumber into very thin slices, and then dice them.
    1. Place the diced cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
    2. Now add the yogurt, garlic, mint and gently mix together
    3. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with warm pitta bread or vegetable sticks.

    Chocolate mousse cake🍽

    Soo smooth and delicious chocolate🍫 mousse cake.Easy to make!!!!😋

    Ingredients:

    milk – 1 litre

    Heavy cream – 100 ml

    Cocoa powder – 50 gram

    Sugar – 150 gram

    Corn starch – 50 gram

    Dark chocolate – 300 gram

    Directions:

    1. Add 1 litre milk, 100 ml Heavy cream, 50 gram Cocoa powder,150 gram Sugar, and 50 gram Corn starch in a glass bowl.
    2. Mix it well and strain it through a sieve
    3. Heat it with hot water and add 300 gram of dark chocolate.mix it well.
    4. Pour it in a cake mold and let it cool in a refrigerator for 4 hours.
    5. Wow yummy chocolate mousse cake is ready to taste😋🍽

  • Chicken mayonaise cake/chicken pola🍽

    Hi everyone!!!!

    How about a spicy, super moist cake with chicken?… A best tea time cake snack ever with handy ingredients. I made this cake with some chicken and egg. Try this spicy chicken cake at home and enjoy with a nice cup of tea. You can also substitute mushrooms or vegetables instead of chicken.

    Ingredients:

  • For marination :
    • boneless chicken 150 gms
    • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    • kashmeeri chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
    • salt – to taste 1 pinch
    • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • For masala
    • onion 2 nos
    • ginger 1 tsp
    • garlic 1 tsp
    • green chilli 1-2 nos
    • Pepper powder 1 tsp
    • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    • kashmeeri chilli powder 3/4 tsp
    • coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • For batter :
    • all purpose flour 1 cups
    • egg 2 nos
    • milk 1 cups
    • oil. 3/4 cups
    • Baking powder 1 tsp
    • Garlic 2 nos
    • Vinegar 1 tsp
    • salt – to taste 1 pinch
  • Direction:
  • Batter preparation :

    add two eggs,1 cup of oil,1 cup of all purpose flour,1 cup of milk,baking powder 1 tsp,2 garlic pods,vinegar 1 tsp,and salt in a jar.

    mix it and blend it.

    Cooking :

    place a tawa on a stove,place a non stick pan over it.

    pour some oil and pour the half amount of batter and cook for 4 minute for being closed.

    remove the lid add the masala mix evenly over the batter and add the remaining half portion and garnish with coriander leaves above it and cook for 20 minutes after lids closed.

    Check occasionally.When done transfer to a plate and let it cool. Once cooled cut into desired shapes.

    Yogurt-Garlic Paste🍽

    This easy simple sauce is a great dip for any chicken fries , nuggets & kebab’s.

    Ingredients:

    • plain yogurt (cold)
    • Fresh cream
    • 3 to 5 garlic cloves (minced)
    • Oil 1 tablespoon
    • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
    • Salt (to taste)
  • Method:
  • Gather the ingredients.

    In a small mixing bowl or in a food processor combine yogurt, fresh cream, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Mix well.

    Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

    Butter Cheese sauce🧀🍽

    A homemade cheese sauce made with butter that’s great for drizzling over nuggets and any fries.

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk
    2 tbsp plain flour
    3 tbsp butter
    50g Cheddar cheese

    Method

    1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. 

    2. Stir in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.

    3. Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce. Return to the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to the boil. 

    4. Simmer gently for 8–10 minutes and season with salt,oregano and pepper.

    5. Stir in cheese and allow to melt. Don’t re-boil the sauce or it will become stringy.

  • Dry Ingredients:
    • 2 cup All purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Wet Ingredients
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 3 large Eggs
    • 2 stick Butter 
    • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract 
    • 2 cup Sugar
  • For Cream
    • 3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    • 50 gm Butter
    • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • For berry syrup
    • Black berry
      1/4 cup sugar
      1 cup water

  • Instructions:
    1. Sift all the dry ingredients together
    2. Combine the wet ingredients with dry ingredients
    3. Bake at 350 F for 30 – 35 minutes
  • 4.Make berry syrup. Boil 1 cup water and add berries and sugar into it. Boil until water becomes half a cup.
  • 5.Make cream. Add whipping cream,butter and powdered sugar until stiff peak form.
  • 6.Assemble the cake and decorate with chocolate syrup,strawberry and whipping cream.
  • 7.Chocolate cake is ready to be enjoyed

    Butter Sponge Cake🍽

    Today let us know how to make a super soft sponge cake/butter sponge cake recipe by cooked dough method!!!

    Ingredients:

    Many of my friends do not have measuring cups at their home. so they requested me to measure the quantity of the flour and sugar by the tablespoon.

    So here I am given the measurement in a tablespoon.

    For Egg Yolks:

    Egg yolks- 4 nos

    Butter – 5 tablespoon

    Milk – 8 tablespoon

    Sugar – 4 tablespoon

    Cake flour – 12 tablespoon

    For Egg Whites:

    Egg whites – 4 nos

    Cream of tartar – 1/2 teaspoon

    Sugar – 8 tablespoons

    Method:

    Separate egg yolks and whites in a bowl. Heat the milk and butter over low heat.

    Once the butter is melted in the milk, take it out from the stove and add sugar, egg yolks, and all-purpose flour give it a nice mix and keep it aside.

    Add cream of tartar and sugar little by little into the egg whites and beat until stiff peak formed

    Now fold the white batter into the yolk batter. Don’t over mix just give them a nice fold.

    Pour the batter into your prepared pan.bang it to remove any air bubbles and smooth it out evenly to the edges

    pour enough hot water in a larger pan and place the cake pan over it.no need to preheat the oven.bake for 45 minutes at 150-degree Celsius.

    Prepare the whipped cream. Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and use an electric or stand mixer to beat the heavy cream on medium-high speed until the cream starts to thicken. Slowly add the powdered sugar and continue beating on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread it on the top of the cake.

    Turn the heat under the double boiler on to low. As soon as the chocolate chips begin to melt immediately, Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are almost completely melted, then remove them from the heat and decorate it.
