Vanilla sponge cake 🍽

Hi everyone!!!

This perfectly Moist Vanilla Cake is a delicious recipe and easy to make.instead of light and fluffy, this is more like a sponge cake. You can alter the flavor with lemon, lime or even almond extract.

Ingredients:-

Egg – 5 nos

Oil – 40gram

Sugar – 1 cup

Vanilla extract-1tbs

Cake flour(a mixture of 1 cup all-purpose flour & 2tbs of cornstarch)

Lemon – 1 tbs.

Instruction:-

  • Separate egg yolks from the egg &take it in a bowl add oil, 40gms sugar, vanilla extract and cake flour

  • Whisk until smooth but not to over mix& Keep the mixture aside, now add 1 tbs lemon extract and 90 gms of sugar little by little into the egg whites until foamy
    • Beat until stiff peaks, about 5 minutes the peak stands straight up as shown in the pic below. turn a small amount of whites into the batter and fold it by gentle mixing
    • Pour the batter into your prepared pan, bang it to remove any air bubbles & smooth it out evenly to the edges.
    • Pour enough cold water in a larger pan& place the cake pan over it. no need to preheat the oven. Bake for 45 minutes at 150 degree Celsius
    • Peel off the butter paper, and cut into slices to serve.that’s it our vanilla sponge cake is ready to taste😋😋😋

    Crab curry🦀🦀🦀🍽

    crab curry is a typical indo-Portuguese dish from Goa, Daman and Diu, a region along the west coast of today’s India which was part of the Portuguese state of India.

    Let’s learn step by step how to make this Indian crab curry recipe! it’s very easy to make with the basic ingredients found in your kitchen.

    Ingredients:

    crab

    2 large onions sliced

    2 large tomatoes sliced

    2 tablespoons garlic paste

    1 tablespoon ginger paste

    1 1/2 cups grated fresh coconut

    1 teaspoon cumin seeds

    1 teaspoon peppercorn

    1 teaspoon mustard seed

    2 tablespoons coriander powder

    2 tablespoons cumin powder

    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

    1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

    2 green chilies slit

    2 tablespoons vegetable

    Hot water for gravy (approximately 3 cups)

    Salt to taste.

    Instruction:-

    Remove the crab legs and set them aside. Remove the claws from the legs so that each leg is divided into two parts.

    Cut the crab bodies into halves or quarters with a cleaver.

    Set a deep, heavy-bottomed pan over a medium flame, and when the pan is hot, add the cooking oil and heat the oil. here I am using coconut oil.

    Add in the spices followed by cumin seed, mustard seeds, peppercorns, green chilies and ginger garlic paste once the spices get crackled add onions&tomatoes

    Add all of the spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till the raw smell of the spices disappear and turn off the flame. let it cool

    Now add the gravy and the grated coconut into your food processor and grind the mixture well to make a smooth paste (also called masala).

    In the same pan add the cardamom, cloves, and the masala paste to the oil and saute for five minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.

    Add 3 cups of hot water — more or less if you would like more or less gravy — and bring the gravy to a boil. Reduce the flame to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.

    Gently add the pieces of crab to the gravy and cook uncovered for 10 more minutes.

    Turn off the fire and serve immediately with plain boiled rice or jeera rice.

    This dhaba style egg curry is sure to delight your taste buds and a break from the regular egg curries.it is very easy to makedhaba recipes are very popular in india for its amazing taste and aroma. So today we have a recipe which is prepared using the dhaba style procedure and ingredients

    Take a look at the recipe of dhaba style egg curry.

    Ingredients:

    Oil – 2 to 4 tbs

    Onion – 1 small

    Tomato – 1 small

    Chilly – 2 nos

    Boiled Egg – 3 nos

    Water – 1/4 cup

    Butter – 2 tbs

    Salt – to taste

    Spices required:

    Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

    Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

    Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp

    Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

    Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

    Instruction:-

    • Heat 2 tbs of oil in a pan and fry the eggs with some salt and a teaspoon of turmeric powder till they turn golden brown.
    • In the same pan heat some oil and followed by chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilly give a nice mix.
    • Then add in all the above-mentioned spices, salt, and coriander leaves into it and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Now add the boiled eggs and mash well and cook again for another 2 minutes and keep it aside.
    • Heat 2 tbs of oil in a pan & add an egg and half boil it & mix it into the curry.
    • Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan & sprinkle some red chili powder into it & Pour the melted red chili mixed butter into the egg masala and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Diet chart for 1-3 years old toddler.

    Hi everyone!!!!

    This chart could be varied depends upon your child. every Child has different time routine, I am sharing a basic food chart. you can adjust it according to your child wake up time.

    But make sure after waking up you have to maintain the routine and feed your kid after every 2-3 hours.

    Let’s jump into the chart……

    3 meal 2 small snacks:

    3 meal(breakfast, lunch,dinner)

    2 small snacks(after breakfast & lunch /after day NAP)

    Intake chart for a day:-

    Try to give your kid almost everything in the one-day menu.you can divide it meal & snack portion

    • Cereals
    • Dal &grains
    • Egg/ nonveg
    • Fruits & vegetables
    • Milk & Dairy products
    • Suppose, if your baby wakes up at 7 am, offer them milk along with nuts (chunks/powder)
    • After 1 hour serves them breakfast.around 8:15 to 8:30. If your baby wakes up late offer milk along with the food.like this👇🏻.
    • After 2 hours of breakfast. Around 11 am give them snacks. (eg. boiled egg, fruits of your choices, yogurt etc)I offer some cereals to my kid.
    • Serve lunch at 1 pm. if they ignore try after 30 minutes. my baby like dal & ghee rice a lot. always add veggies and fish in your kid’s meal.
    • Offer some liquid after 1 hour of lunch. (juice or soup).my little one love cream of mushroom soup and butter egg scrambled soup.
    • Nap time between 2:30 to 4 pm.
    • After nap time for snacks at around 4:30 to 5 pm. (eg.nuggets, cakes, biscuits etc)
    • After 2 to 3 hours of snack its dinner time around 7 pm to 8 pm maximum.
    • Kids need at least 2 hours for digesting food in the night time.so if they eat at 7, give them 2 hours for a bedtime.
    • Finally, give 1 glass of milk after finish up dinner. while drinking milk it is the best time to sleep.
    • Note:
    • Give your child proper dairy products like ghee & butter. Don’t force your child for anything if they don’t like which is necessary, try to give them in a different way.do not feed any food which is more salty/spicy & sugary.

    Dip n dip special chocolate crepes recipe

    Let’s see how to make chocolate crepes at home. These delicious thin pancakes are perfect for a decadent breakfast or dessert!

    Ingredient:(to make the chocolate sauce)

    • Maida/all purpose flour – 1 tbs
    • Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
    • Sugar powder – 1 cup
    • Milk – 1.5 cups
    • Chocolate – optional
    • Butter – 1 tbs

    Ingredient:(to make the white chocolate sauce)

    • Maida – 1 tbs
    • Sugar – 1 cup
    • Milk powder – 1/2 cup
    • White chocolate
    • Milk – 1.5 cups
    • Butter – 1 tbs

    Instruction:(to make the sauce)

    • Add one and half cups of milk in a pan and sieve cocoa powder, sugar powder, and maida and add the cocoa mixture in 2 batches. whisk well for a while
    • Put the flame on, and place the saucepan now. bring it to boil over medium flame. keep whisking to avoid burning. boil it for 3 minutes.
    • Keep mixing on low flame for another 2 to 3 minutes. keep mixing until thickens enough.
    • Finally, add 1 tbs of butter and mix well..then switch off the flame. if u want to enhance the taste add chocolate into the mixture.
    • Same procedure for the white chocolate sauce instead of adding cocoa powder add milk powder for the white chocolate sauce.

    Ingredient:(to make crepes)

    • Milk -3/4 cup
    • Water – 1/2 cup
    • Egg – 1 nos
    • Sugar – 1 tbs
    • Maida – 1/2 cup
    • Butter 1&1/2 tbs

    Instruction:

    • Heat a pan to medium heat.In a mixing bowl or blender, add the milk, water, and egg together then mix until well combined. Add in the all-purpose flour, butter, and sugar mix until the mixture forms a paste (this will take roughly 30 seconds in a blender) Leave the batter to rest for about 10 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into your pan and swirl until there is an even coating of the batter on the bottom of the pan.Cook for a minute, then flip to cook for an additional minute.Serve with fruit, whipped cream, caramel, or any other toppings and fillings you desire.
