7 facts about myself:

There are six people in my immediate family: my parents, younger brother, my hubby, my cutie little princess and me.i have a lot of other relatives.but they live in India.so we don’t see them often.

I try to spend as much time as possible with my kid.we play hide & seek, watch films, or go to the park if the weather’s nice.

I love to play shuttle &my hobbies are listening to music and obviously cooking.My favorite food is chicken fried rice.

I did not even know how to make a tea before my marriage.but after marriage I started to cook different types of recipes for my husband. that created me a great passion for cooking.

Before I kick the bucket I want to go to Canada once.i don’t know why???but I really love it.i really really want to go.

my best friend and I have been through thick and thin together.we are like sisters from another mother. she always stands up for me.

Although she is not alive in this world now, she will always live in my heart forever.

Hyderabadi Fish biryani🐟🍲🍽

Hi everyone!!!

Today we are going to make fish biryani using the dum method to trap all the flavors of the fish inside. This method of making Biryani is known as Hyderabadi style Fish Biryani. You need to use less quantity of masala for fish biryani compared to chicken or mutton biryani

Ingredients:

For biryani masala:

1/2 tspn coriander seed

1/2 tspn fennel seed

1/2 tspn cumin seed

1/2 tspn pepper corns

1 star anise

3 cloves

3 cardamom

1 inch cinnamon stick

For marinating the fish:

1/2 kg king steak fish

1/2 cup yogurt

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste.

For assembling :

1 onion

1 chilly

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp chilly powder

1tsp ginger garlic paste

Method:

Step 1) To make biryani masala dry roast  coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, pepper corns , star anise, cinnamon , cloves , cardamom for a couple of minutes on a medium heat and then grind it to a fine powder
Step 2) Now for the marination in a bowl add Yogurt, ginger garlic paste, Red chili powder, turmeric powder, freshly ground masala powder(from step 1), lemon juice and salt .mix it well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Step 3) Then add the fish pieces and mix it very gently and coat all the pieces with the masala mixture.After mixing everything set this aside and let it marinate for at least 20-30 minutes
Step 4)Heat a tbsp of oil and add the whole spices Cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, star anise, Bay leaves and add boiling water then add in the soaked rice.
Step 5) Meanwhile in a  heavy bottom non-stick pan heat Ghee and add the marinated fish pieces and place the fish flat on the pan.fry some onions with chilly powder turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.add some mint and coriander leaves and some fried onions on the top.
Step 6) Then layer the 70% cooked rice on the top of the fish and add some mint and coriander leaves and fried onions.then place the 80% cooked rice on the top of that and again repeat the same with mint and coriander leaves and fried onions.Finallyadd some ghee.Place a lid to cover ,to make it airtight take some dough and apply it to the edges of the lid and press firmly So that it forms a tight seal.Keep it on a very low heat for 15-20 minutes.
 Now after 20 minutes open the lid and enjoy the beautiful and aromatic Fish Biryani with any sides of your choice.

    As of my blog, I started with nil knowledge just for fun to pass free time. But that gives a lot of fun and happiness when we encounter success.i would thank my followers for encouraging me and supporting me and they showed me a real love.

    Here is the potato cheese ball recipe which is most famous among the kids and youngsters. So let’s learn this, super tasty and easy to cook continental recipe with liba and make delicious healthy dishes at home!🤗

    How to Make Potato Cheese Balls Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Cheddar Cheese 200g
    • Mozzarella Cheese 200g
    • Boiled Potatoes 200g
    • Salt as per taste
    • Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
    • Eggs 2pieces
    • Breadcrumbs as per need
    • Cooking Oil as per need
  • Method

    1- In a bowl, mash and mix boiled potatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese.

    2- Now add and mix, salt, pepper powder, an egg.

    3- Afterward, make small balls of this mixture.

    4- Now dip these balls in egg bowl one by one and then cover it with bread crumbs.

  • 5- Repeat this procedure twice.
  • 6- Now keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • 7- Now deep fry it in the cooking oil until golden brown.
  • Your tasty Potato Cheese Balls now ready to serve.

    You can chicken in pounds ( 2lb ). There is packet available with all these spices included. Use that. My mother just likes to make everything from scratch.

    Directions;

    1- Heat oil in a pan then add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and garlic.

    Mango cheesecake shake🍹

    Hi everyone!!!

    The only thing good about summer is mango.i could eat mango in probably every dish possible.so I made this yummy and tasty mango cheesecake shake.

    Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup mango pulp
    • 3 tbsp cream cheese
    • 1 cup vanilla ice cream🍦
    • 1 cup milk🥛
    • 3 Marie biscuits crushed or biscuit crumbs of your choice🍪
    • Sugar or honey as per sweetness of the mangoes.🍯
  • Procedure:
    • Add the mango pulp, cream cheese, and vanilla ice cream & blend it.
      Then add milk to reduce the thickness of the mixture
      Add crushed biscuits to give it a crunchy texture and add sugar or honey as needed and blend it again.
      Garnish with fresh cream and mango pieces and enjoy it cold!!!
  • I loved the texture of this shake as it gives you an exact flavor of cheesecake, the only difference is you can drink it!!!

  • Hi everyone!!!
  • Drumstick gravy or drumstick vegetable recipe made with simple ingredients in south Indian style to serve with rice or roti. Recipe with step by step instruction given below👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻.

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 to 3 drumsticks , cut to finger length (try to use tender ones)
    • 1 cup onions , finely chopped 
    • 1/3 cup tomatoes , chopped
    • 1 sprig curry leaves
    • 1 pinch mustard
    • 1 pinch cumin
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • ¼ tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 2 to 3 tbsps oil
    • Tamarind extract 1 tbsp
    • Salt to taste
    • water as needed to cook the drumsticks

    Method:

  • Add oil to a deep pan and heat it, add mustard & cumin. Allow them to splutter.
  • Add onions, curry leaves, gingergarlic paste and saute till golden
  • Add chopped tomatoes, some salt and turmeric. Fry till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy.
  • Do not cover and cook but fry in an open pan, since fried tomato gravy tastes better
  • Add coriander powder, and red chili powder and saute for a min
  • Pour tamarind extract and cook on a medium flame until the drumstick gets tender.
  • Cooking the drumsticks on the lowest flame yields a tasty curry.

  • Condensed Milk – Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

    Hi everyone!!!

    I love condensed milk, not only in desserts, but just to lick from the can. It needed 4 ingredients and a blender. come let’s get into the condensed milk🤣🤣🤣lol.

    Ingredients to make Condensed Milk – (makes ½ cup)

    • Milk powder – ½ cup (I used carnation)
    • Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
    • Butter (unsalted) – 1 tbsp
    • Water – ¼ cup

    Procedure to make Condensed Milk – 

    • Place the milk powder, sugar and butter in a blender jar.
    • Boil the water and add it to the blender jar. Mix once using a spoon.
    • Blend for a minute on high until the mixture is creamy. Be careful as it could splash when blending. Start at low speed and then go up to high. Blend for about a minute and then carefully open the lid.
    • You will notice that the mixture is nice and creamy. That is it! Your condensed milk is ready. Use it right away or store it in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

    Avocados are great sources of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber which are important to lead a healthy lifestyle.

    Ingredients:

    MILKMAID -1 small
    Milk – 1 cup
    ice cube – 4 to 5 nos
    Ripe large Avocado, pitted- 1 nos
    Cold water – as desired
    Directions:

    Step 1

    Blend the milk, MILKMAID and ice in a blender until very smooth

    Step 2

    Add the avocado flesh and blend again until smooth. The mixture will be quite thick; add cold water a few tablespoons at a time, blending after each addition, until the mixture is pourable.

    Step 3

    Serve chilled.
