Squid masala🍽

Hi everyone!!!!

This hot and fragrant masala is easy to make and a wonderfully unique preparation of squid.

Ingredients for Squid Masala:
  • Squids rings or sliced 200 grams

  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons

  • Turmeric powder a pinch

  • Salt to taste

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Curry leaves 8-10

  • Onions finely chopped 2 medium

  • Green chillies slit2 

  • Tomatoes finely chopped2 medium

  • Coconut oil 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper powder a pinch

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 teaspoon for garnishing

  • Lemon wedges to serve

  • Method

    Step 1

    To make masala, heat oil in a pan.. Add onions and 10-12 curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a ½ minute

    Step 2

    Add green chilies,and saute. Add all the spices, tomatoes and salt, mix and cook till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy.

    Step 3

    Sprinkle little water, mix, cover and cook till fully done.

    Step 4

    Switch off heat, add pepper powder and garam masala.

    Step 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with a lemon wedge.

    Egg rice with chicken stock🍽

    Rice is a yummy gluten-free ingredient that tastes wonderful by itself, or it can be transformed into so many different dishes, from many different cultures. but, if you happen to love salty, bold, and vibrant flavors, I have a little secret to share with you.  Instead of adding other spices, try cooking egg rice with chicken stock.

    Ingredient:

    250g long grain rice
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 chilly
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 tomato,finely chopped
    Turmeric powder a pinch
    4 to 5 Curry leaves
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 piece Chicken stock
    Coriander leaves for garnishing.

    Method:

    1. Cook the rice and then drain, spread it out to steam-dry and set aside.

    1. Heat 2 to 3 tbsp of the oil in a large wok,over a high heat,then add the chillies,onion and fry until lightly browned.add curry leaves turmeric powder and tomatoes and cook around 5 min
    2. Now add chicken stock and crack an egg onto the pan, and wait for it to cook just a little bit.
    3. just kind of scramble them and make sure there are little bits of egg.
    4. when the egg is cooked, move it into a bowl. add rice to the bowl and sort of mix it just so that the egg and rice are no longer separated.

    Muhallabia dessert🍽

    Hi everyone!!!!

    First of all, I like to say happy International men’s day to all the men’s🧔🏻.

    I wish a happy day to all important men in my life, and I also want to tell my dad and my sweet cute grandpa that I love them with all my heart😍

    So today I’m gonna make this special dessert to all the lovely men’s on this special day.

    ingredients:

    Milk – 1 cup

    Sugar – to taste

    Cornstarch – 2 tbs

    Rose water – 1 tbs

    Mango juice (optional) – 1/2 cup

    Method:

    In a small bowl combine the cornstarch with some water or milk.

    Heat the milk in a deep pan then add sugar. Before it comes to boil, take it off heat and stir in the thickening „paste“ slowly, and cook it all for 5 minutes on a low heat 

    Prepare a glass dishes for serving, then sip the cooked cream in them equally. Let it cool for about an hour on the room temperature then transfer it to the fridge and let sit for at least 2 hours.

    Pour mango juice in the pan, add sugar if needed.Let it simmer until all sugar dissolves and it becomes little thicker and stickier.Take off the stove, pour it in the glass and let it cool. 

    Roughly chop almonds, When the cream is cold, serve it with your almonds and enjoy!

    Chicken fried rice🍗🍲🍽

    Hi everyone!!!

    Hope you all doing well 😍.

    If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make fried rice, this recipe will help you in no time.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 tablespoons sesame oil or vegetable oil
    • 250 gms boneless chicken, diced into 1/2-inch pieces & roasted
    • 1/2 cup peas and diced carrots & beans(veggies of ur chice
    • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1 cup cooked rice (I use white,long-grain )
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Vinegar
    • salt and pepper, optional and to taste
    • Coriander to garnish
  • DIRECTIONS:

    1. To a large non-stick wok, add the oils, chicken, and cook over medium-high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes, flipping intermittently so all sides cook evenly.
    2. Add the peas, carrots, beans and cook for about 2 minutes, or until vegetables begin to soften, stir intermittently.
  • 3.Add the vinegar & soy sauce and cook for 1 minute, stirring intermittently.
  • 4.Push vegetables to one side of the skillet, add the eggs to the other side, and cook to scramble, stirring as necessary.
  • 5. Add the chicken, rice, evenly drizzle with soy sauce, optional salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until chicken is reheated through…finally garnish it with coriander leaves🍀🍀🍀🍀
  • Mmmmmm our yummy delicious chicken friend rice is ready to taste😋😋😋.

    Prawn biryani🍤🍲🍽

    Everyone love biryani.Biryani can be made in a pressure cooker, but the real aroma of the biryani comes only when it is made in dum. I have shared Bombay mutton biryani, Hyderabadi fish biryani, and other biryani recipes, but i got many requests for posting prawn biryani. And this is especially for my blogger friend

    Ingredients:

    • 3 to 4 Tbsp Oil
    • 500 gms Prawn
    • 1 medium sized Onion
    • 1 medium size Tomato
    • 1 Potato(optional)
    • 2 to 3 Chilly
    • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
    • Salt to taste
  • Spices:
    • 2 to 3 Cardamom pods
      1 inch Cinnamon stick
      3 to 5 Cloves
      2 to 3 Star anise
      1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
      1 Mace
      2 Bay leaf
      1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • For marinating the prawn:
    • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
      1/2 tsp turmeric powder
      1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
      1/2 tsp Cumin powder
      1/2 tsp Garam masala
      Salt to taste
  • Method:
    • Marinate the prawns with all the masala powder’s mentioned above.
      Add all the spices in a hot water and then add in the soaked rice.when the rice is cooked about 80% filter it makes it cool.
    • Heat oil in a pan and followed by star anise, cardamom, bay leaf, onion, tomato, potato, yogurt and finally add the marinated prawns.
    • Then layer the cooked rice with fried prawns, coriander leaves and with fried onions repeat the same.
      Place an airtight lid to cover, and keep it on a very low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
    • Prawn biryani is ready to taste😋

    Ingredients
    • Boneless Chicken Breast
    • Bread Crumbs for Coating
    • Vegetable Oil for Frying
    • 1 tsp chilly powder
    • 1 tsp pepper powder
    • 1tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp mustard paste
    • 1tsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • Salt to taste
  • Batter Ingredients
    • 1 Egg
    • 1/4 cup Cold Water
    • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
    • 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 Tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Instructions
    1. Cut your chicken into 1 inch cubes and then toss that into a food processor.
    1. Season the blended chicken with all ingredients into a large shallow pan.
  • 3.Mix all the batter ingredients into a medium-sized shallow pan.
  • 4.Now simply shape your chicken paste into balls and flatten them out. Make them as big or as small as you’d like.
    1. 5.Initially dip them into your egg batter and coat them in the breadcrumbs.keep it in the freezer and Deep fry in vegetable oil for 3 to 5 minutes.

    • 1 tbsp. oatmeal paste.
    • 2 tbsp. lemon juice.
  • Direction:
    • Crush the oatmeal into fine powder and then mix all the ingredients into a thick paste.
    • Apply the mixture onto the desired area and leave it on for 15 minutes.
    • Wash your face with warm water and you’re done.
    • Apply some moisturizer afterwards and repeat the process 2-3 times a week for a month.
    • You’ll notice the hairs disappearing gradually until they’re completely gone for good.

  • If you have sensitive skin consult a dermatologist before applying any homemade remedy, you wouldn’t want to make matters worse.

    Nadan Mutton Curry-Kerala Style Lamb roast

    Nadan mutton curry is a very traditional curry with all the authentic flavors of Kerala spices.This is an easy mutton curry recipe. Hope you all will try this recipe and please don’t forget to post your comments below. The detailed recipe with step by step cooking pictures follows.

    Ingredients:

    Mutton – 1/2 kg

    Onion- 3

    Shallot-1/4 kg

    Coconut Oil – 3-4 tbsp

    Green chilly- 3

    Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp

    Tomato – 1

    Curry leaves

    Salt

    Spices:

    Chilli powder – 1 1/2 Tsp

    Coriander powder- 2 Tsp

    Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp

    Pepper powder- 1/2 Tsp

    Garam masala – 1 Tsp

    Fennel powder – 1/4 Tsp

    Method:

    • Heat coconut oil in a pan and add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes
    • Then add onion and salt.when the onion turns into transparent add shallot and green chilly.if you don’t have shallots add one more onion into it.
    • Saute the onion till it becomes brown shade. Then add all the masala powders into it and saute well in medium flame
    • Add tomato and cook till the oil oozes out.now add mutton into it and cook for 5 min.
    • Add salt according to your taste.keep flame in medium, close the pressure cooker and cook for 5 whistles.
    • Season with shallots and curry leaves.
