Make Perfect fluffy camel meat kabsa in 45 minutes with the help of an Instant pot pressure cooker!

Ingredients:
1 kg Camel meat
2 cups Rice (Soaked)
Oil
1 Onion
1 Tomato Blended
Ginger Garlic paste
2 Sticks Cinnamon
3 to 5 Green cardamom
2 Black dry lemon
Bay leaf
4 to 5 cloves
2 to 3 chillies
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Instructions:
• Preheat Instant Pot by setting to “Sauté”. Add oil and cook onion until softened, 3 to 4 minutes. Add Ginger garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
• Then add biryani mix & blended tomatoes add some water & put all the spices Stir in meat and season with salt
• Close lid, change setting to Meat Stew or “Pressure Cook” and set for 35 minutes on High. When times up, let pot decompress naturally for 10 minutes, then release pressure, remove the lid, and add in the rice 🍚
• Close lid, change the setting to Rice & set for 12 minutes, once done the pressure cooker automatically goes to keep warm
• Delicious Camel Meat Kabsa in Saudi style is ready to serve.
