Avocado smoothie🥑🥑🥑

Hi everyone!!!

Avocados are great sources of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber which are important to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients:

MILKMAID -1 small
Milk – 1 cup
ice cube – 4 to 5 nos
Ripe large Avocado, pitted- 1 nos
Cold water – as desired
Directions:

Step 1

Blend the milk, MILKMAID and ice in a blender until very smooth

Step 2

Add the avocado flesh and blend again until smooth. The mixture will be quite thick; add cold water a few tablespoons at a time, blending after each addition, until the mixture is pourable.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
