Today’s recipe is very special south Indian pressure cooker mutton biryani. here I’m going to show you a very easiest method.

ingredients:(two persons)
- Oil/ghee -2 to 3 tbs
- Jeerahasala rice/basmati rice – 1 cup
- Onion -2 nos
- Tomato – 1 nos
- Chilly – 2 to 3
- Yogurt – 100gm
- Mutton – 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbs
- Coriander leaves – as required
- Mint leaves – to garnish
- Salt – to taste.
Spices:
- Cloves – 3 to 4
- Cinnamon stick – 2 (small pieces)
- Star anise – 1
- Mace – 1
- Bay leaf – 2
- Meat masala – 1 tsp
- Bombay biryani masala -1 tsp
Instruction:
Firstly,soak one cup of jeeragasalarice or basmati rice in a water for about 20 to 30 minutes.Here I’m taking jeeragasala rice.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan (or) take equal parts of oil and ghee followed by cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise, mace.
After that add chili, onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato also add salt according to your taste.
Once the tomato turns mushy, add combat biryani masala and meat masala powder wait till the raw smell of the masala disappears.
Add yogurt and coriander leaves and give a mix.
After that add mutton and one cup of water into the pressure cooker and wait for 4 whistles.
Finally, add rice and 1/2 cup of water into the pressure cooker and wait for 1 whistle.
That’s it our delicious instant Bombay biryani is ready to taste.
It’s a very easy biryani recipe.instead of using Bombay biryani masala you can also add Hyderabadi masala too.try it at your home and don’t forget to give me a like. share with your friends and families
